Dr. David Hoffman joined Dr. Maxson in South Florida in 1989 and has substantially contributed to the development and refinement of all of the NCIRE programs. Dr. Hoffman is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended medical school at Temple University and graduated from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut. He completed both his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinolgoy and Infertility at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Following training, he joined the faculty at Northwestern University in Chicago where he remained for five years before coming to South Florida.
