Frank Chang, MD is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and founder of the former Mid-Atlantic Fertility Centers. He is a native of Washington, D.C. and completed his medical training at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas after graduating from Stanford University. His post-graduate training included a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ohio State University and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology, also at Ohio State. He began clinical practice in Bethesda, MD in 1985.

Dr. Chang wholeheartedly believes in the importance of providing individualized care to a patient. Part of the joy of medicine, for him, is getting to know people well. He finds it gratifying, as well, to see how much joy children bring not only to their parents, but also to grandparents and extended family.

Dr. Chang's recent honors include being listed in The Best Doctors in America; being named one of the TOP DOCTORS by Washingtonian magazine; and being listed in Washington Consumers' Checkbook - Area's Outstanding Physicians.
