Dr. Mottla received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Magee-Women's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Dr. Mottla completed a two-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility at The George Washington School of Medicine. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology. Dr. Mottla is presently a Clinical Assistant Professor in the GWU Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy. He is also a Clinical Associate at the National Institutes of Health.
