Sejal Dharia Patel, M.D. comes to Center for Reproductive Medicine with more than 10 years experience in medicine, most recently as the Co-director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division at Ohio State University's College of Medicine

Raised in Clearwater, FL, Dr. Patel received her undergraduate and doctor of medicine degrees from the University of Miami. She then completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL, followed by a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dually board certified in reproductive endocrinology and Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Patel's commitment to excellent outcomes and personalized patient care are a perfect fit with the CRM team philosophy.

Dr. Patel's chief medical interests include general infertility, fertility preservation, and robotic and reproductive surgery. Recognized for the first and one of the largest published series of robotic tubal reversals with international and national presentations, Dr. Patel brings her expertise to Central Florida to offer patients robotic gynecologic surgeries such as fibroid removals and tubal reversals.

Her expertise has also been enlisted in the community by University of Central Florida's new medical school. Dr. Patel serves as an Associate Professor, actively assisting the college in the creation of curriculum for the reproduction and endocrine module for second year medical students.

With over 20 peer reviewed publications, Dr. Patel is also a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). She has also been recognized by her peers and patients as being an exceptionally compassionate physician who takes great pride in providing outstanding personalized care to every couple.

Dr. Patel, who is multilingual (including Spanish), will see patients mainly out of CRM's Celebration location.
