Dr. Simon Kipersztok is a Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist affiliated with the Shady Grove Fertility Reproductive Sciences Center in Rockville, MD. He practices mainly out of the Center’s office in Annapolis, MD. Until his arrival to Maryland in August of 2006, Dr. Kipersztok was a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

A magna cum laude graduate of Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, Dr. Kipersztok earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. His Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology were completed at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. He subsequently was awarded a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility by the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC, and at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases of the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and is a member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Kipersztok was born in Lima, Peru and raised in Israel. He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew. He is married and has four children.
