Leveraging information systems plays an important role for the Company. IntegraMed has identified, invested in, customized and supported fertility specific IS products. These products have been packaged as a suite called ARTWorks.

ARTWorks: Suite of Fertility Care Information Systems

IntegraMed ARTWorks is a suite of fertility care information systems customized for IntegraMed's network of Reproductive Science Centers. The suite provides a total solution to the core information management requirements of a fertility program by harnessing key information technologies in five areas.

Practice Management

ARTWorks for Practice Management utilizes a network accessible "Master Patient Index" which tracks patient scheduling, registration, check- in/out, billing collections, referral management, and analysis reporting for fertility practices.

Decision Support

ARTWorks for Decision Support is a comprehensive query and report writing tool which will retrieve and combine data from each ARTWorks system providing powerful insight for management and clinical decision making.

Sales and Marketing

ARTWorks for Sales and Marketing is a sophisticated team solution that manages contacts and assists in developing an extensive database of prospects, clients, and tracking of events. The package manages calendars, communications, contact histories and direct mail programs.

Clinical Services

ARTWorks for is a clinician focused, patient centered system that provides instant and universal access to the entire medical record for managing patient cycles and a couple's entire reproductive treatment spectrum from initial consultation through retrieval, transfer, and pregnancy outcome.

Customer Satisfaction

ARTWorks for Customer Satisfaction is a simple yet powerful survey analysis tool built on a standard mailed survey. Dozens of analysis reports are generated providing a highly effective tool for targeting service improvement opportunities.
