IntegraMed Business Services
IntegraMed supports a national network of Reproductive Science Centers. Reproductive Science Centers are independent physician group practice and hospital-based providers of infertility and assisted reproductive technology services operating their own clinical service while accessing shared resources made available by IntegraMed. Each Reproductive Science Center is operated by the local provider organization that establishes clinical protocols and market leadership. The result is an optimal balance of providers invested in achieving the best clinical results and sharing resources to produce the greatest value for patients and payors. Operations of the Reproductive Science Centers focus on providing the highest quality of care in each market served. The Company implements a variety of programs designed to improve quality through the Council of Physicians and Scientists, which is chartered with responsibility to advise the Company on all aspects of its business operations and strategy. A commitment to a Clinical Quality Improvement Program forms the basis of competitive advantage for the Reproductive Science Centers. Most fertility practices do not possess the internal expertise to develop and maintain these programs. Comprised of the medical director at each Reproductive Science Center and associated embryology laboratory directors, the Council of Physicians and Scientists is also rapidly emerging as an authoritative source for "Best Clinical Practices" across the country. The Company supports the Council of Physicians and Scientists with accreditation, regulatory review and operational standards as the basis to ensure optimal laboratory services are provided. In addition, annual customized standards reviews for each laboratory identify opportunities for improvement. Physicians - we can help grow your practice -- click for details |
