Accounts Payable and Cash Disbursements

IntegraMed assumes responsibility for processing accounts payable for all purchases by the practice. It also assumes responsibility for the payment of all invoices and the management of cash funds.

Accounting/General Ledger

Typically, infertility practices hire outside accountants to provide accounting services for the practice. IntegraMed will take over responsibility for this function providing valuable data to the practice.

Financial Reporting

Annual budgets and monthly financial reports, which include monthly financial statements with budget comparisons, are part of the financial reporting services provided by the Company. The Company also has a relationship with a premiere accounting firm lending credibilty to financial data and enabling unsecured loans and leases.

Human Resource Management

As part of the Reproductive Science Center Network, the practice will have access to human resource professionals and management tools. Included are human resource advisors, wage and salary administration procedures and availability of group employee benefits.

Payroll Administration

IntegraMed takes responsibility for managing the payroll process for members of its network. Rather than staff this function internally, IntegraMed provides complete payroll processing, including direct deposit and electronic timekeeping.

In-house Legal Counsel

Reproductive Science Centers have access to corporate counsel for routine business matters such as contract negotiation, rent and lease arrangements. These services directly translate into lower cost for the practice. In addition, referrals to legal specialists with an understanding of the fertility industry are provided as needed.

Malpractice Insurance

Malpractice insurance represents a growing cost to private practice physicians. IntegraMed makes available policies with improved coverage at lower costs by virtue of its size and purchasing power.

Group Purchasing

As the largest provider of ART services in the country, IntegraMed has access to significant cost savings for office, medical and laboratory supplies and equipment through national group purchasing.

Billing and Collections Support

Our experience is that most infertility practices do not achieve optimal billing and collections results. Network members gain improved financial results from optimizing coding, billing and appropriate collections procedures.

Financing Accounts Receivable

Fertility practices often wait months to receive payment for medical services rendered. IntegraMed finances these accounts receivable to the practice making cash available for distribution to the physicians for services rendered rather than waiting three to six months for payment.
