Transportation from airport
We recommend taking a taxi to the hotel. The airport is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel.
Check-In and Registration
Upon arrival at the Four Seasons, please proceed directly to the Front Desk for room check-in. You will then be directed to the COPS registration area where we will have beverages and light snacks. Please be sure to register before 2:00PM.
COPS adjourns promptly on Friday, April 13th at 12:00PM CST. Shuttles will be on standby to take you to the airport.
Attire for the event is Business Casual.
While the weather should be fairly warm at this time of the year, we recommend bringing jackets or layers.
- Meeting rooms may be chilly due to air conditioning.
- Weather permitting, cocktail hours will be held outdoors.
Credit Card at Check-In
Although ROOM & TAX will be covered for you, you will be asked to present a credit card upon check in to cover any incidentals such as phone, in-room movies, gift shop purchases, and any food and beverage (outside of the Council of Physicians & Scientists meeting planned dining).
